Three ways to hire
Pick the arrangement that fits the job. You can always start temporary and hire later.
Temporary or contract
Bring on an RG Staffing employee for as long as you need. We handle payroll and all payroll taxes, and you receive one invoice each week for the hours worked.
Temp-to-hire
See someone on the job before you commit. After an agreed period, usually 90 days, they join your team. Until then you carry no benefits cost and no unemployment risk.
Direct hire
Tell us what you need. We recruit and screen candidates for interviews, and you hire the best one for a one-time placement fee.
Local, independent and personal
As an independently owned company, we tailor our service to each client. Rather than a “cookie cutter” approach like many national firms, we take the time to learn your hiring needs and build a plan around them.
